You can send packages between Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, and Villavicencio.
HOW TO CREATE A SHIPMENT
Enter Pickup and Delivery Details
- Select the service you need.
- In the field “Where should we pick up your package?”, enter the full pickup address.
You can move the pin on the map for greater accuracy.
Provide the Package Details
• Additional Information: Floor, office, apartment, or house.
• Product Value: The declared value in Colombian pesos (COP).
• Product Weight: Specified in kilograms (kg).
• Description: A brief description of the contents.
• Package Size: Select one of the available options.
Confirm and Pay
Once all details have been completed, click “Create Order” and follow the instructions to proceed with payment.
Package Tracking and Monitoring
On the Home screen, use the search bar to enter your order number and view the real-time status and location of your shipment.
Account Management
In the “Account” section, you can manage your personal information, payment methods, and shipment history.
